1. Cancellations
As a provider of digital services and tools, we understand that needs may change. If you wish to cancel a service or subscription, please contact us at least 7 days before the next billing cycle. Cancellations made after this period may be subject to a fee or may not be processed until the following cycle.
2. Refund Policy
Due to the nature of our digital products and technical services, we generally do not offer refunds once work has commenced or a digital product has been accessed/downloaded.
However, we may consider refund requests on a case-by-case basis under the following circumstances:
- If the service delivered is significantly different from the description provided.
- If a critical technical error prevents the use of our product, and we are unable to resolve it within a reasonable timeframe.
3. Processing Time
Approved refunds will be processed within 14 business days and credited back to the original method of payment.
